Very happy with my new Fence. Jimmy and his crew Did a great job very detailed and efficient work.

Jimmy and Daniel De Dios showed up at our house to give an estimate to replace 75 feet of old cedar fencing bordering our backyard. This fence is on a... Read More hill, very close to a row of very large trees, and had a vertical slope on one end. They were completely unphased by any of this. We also asked them to install two gates, one on each side of our house, to make the yard completely fenced in. Jimmy answered all of our questions and educated us on the types of fencing materials that are available. We had received bids from other companies that were similar in price, but the thing that sold us on this company was that he did not upcharge to use the top quality posts and planks. Those are just the types of materials he routinely uses because that is how you get the best result. And the two sections of fence that were to be built in the sloped area required 8' planks instead of 6' planks, which he provided at the same price as the 6' planks. Doing that made the top of the fence completely level from one end to the other, which makes the new fence look so much nicer. His crew finished the entire job in 8 hours, and the gates and fence look fantastic. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the crew that did the work, and we would use them again in an instant.

They were also very accommodating with a few last-minute adjustments, which they handled without any stress or frustration. On installation day, they arrived on time, worked hard throughout the day, and did an amazing job. They asked questions when needed instead of making assumptions, and the finished fence looks fantastic. It was exactly what we wanted. Quick, efficient, and friendly. Great job

My wife found De Dios along with 4 other fence companies and got bids from all of them. Jimmy with De Dios was the first one to bid the job... Read More but after talking with each contractor, getting all the estimates and time frames to do the job, she felt that Jimmy not only had the best lead time (he quoted 3 days when all the other contractors told her it was a 4-5 day project) but also he was the most experienced and knowledgeable. Our project wasn’t a very easy one for Jimmy. My wife was working with all four of our neighbors to coordinate and get not only the cost split, but also to break up the bids to present to each of the neighbors as well. From the beginning to the very end, Jimmy and his team were very professional and incredibly helpful. We still can’t believe the amount of work they got done in the amount of time, which was only 3 days! Our neighbor even asked Jimmy to bid and complete his fence on the other side of the yard-they are that good. Both my wife and I have been in construction for a very long time (20+ years)and to be honest usually when you have a project that is done more quickly than anybody else the quality is lacking but that was not the case with the De Dios team. Our property is sloped and uneven, has pretty rocky soil and we had old cedar fencing on two sides and cyclone fencing too. All materials were removed and taken away and they did a fantastic job working around big tree roots too. We had an anti dig board installed (for the dogs) to assist in preventing them from digging completely under and the team did great work installing the pressure treated 2x8. Jimmy came onsite each day to check on the progress and him and his team huddled with my wife to ensure the alignment of the fence was ok, get her sign off on each step of the progress and then of course do a final walk through. Our fence all together was about 229’ and we also had two gates replaced as well. The gates were custom made on the spot and look fantastic. They did an additional section of our neighbors fence and lumped that in to the 3 day window! Which was insane!! I think their fence was an additional 65’. All fence material was Red Cedar #1, two faced except the pressure treated posts. They framed everything in and then did the vertical boards and trim-no prefab nonsense, it was all made onsite. Ourselves and four other neighbors are all raving about how awesome this team is. You pick De Dios and you won’t regret it. Thank you so much Jimmy! Can’t say enough positive things.

Read More Let that sink in - a contractor who delivers high quality, on time, and in budget. He is honest and holds his work and his team to high standards. We had Jimmy install a fence several years ago when we first moved into our home. We have two husky/malamutes and needed the fence to be reinforced underneath and tall enough to keep them in. Jimmy and his team did an excellent job! The fence is beautiful, sturdy, well built and exactly what we asked for. He and his team are incredibly professional, excellent communicators, and do high quality work. Twice we had Jimmy come back to do add-on work: once to add a gate where we hadn't realized we'd want a gate, and then to add a new section of fence where the neighbors took down their fence. Every experience with Jimmy and his team has been excellent.

One thing I really appreciated about Jimmy was the quotation process.
